First time buying and giving it away as a gift to a family member who knows how to cook it. Hope it’s good!

Great to have for something quick and I don't want to cook any other protein type. Just rehydrate with a little water, and not in a giant bowl of water. Too much will waterlog them and compromise the flavor when cooking.
