The solution was very easy to mix and no harsh chemical smell. The written instructions were provided in Korean, Chinese and English. After leaving it on for 50 minutes, I washed it with shampoo. I like the color.

Easy to use. Has English directions. There is no chemical smell. Easy to apply without drips. Comes with shoulder cape and gloves. This helped cover some white strands and fading yellow ends. The outcome is a natural dark brownish black.
