it has lots of fat parts that I need to cut out. the marinate is salty, but quite tasty.

Cut smaller pieces, dip into mixture of 2eggs, 1Tbs starch, 1 Tbs flour and use oil to fry. It’s very delicious. Will buy it again.

They’re OK- no foul smell, thin chops, tender, not too salty. These made dinner quick!

It came seasoned, they are really thin so easy to cook. It must have been brined before and has corn starch to it keep moist. Not bad.

I hoarded a few boxes at a reduced price, just fry it a little and it’s another meal

There are three medium-sized pieces, which have been marinated and have a layer of cornstarch, which is a bit salty.
