I wish they put in the either brown bag or box to prevent the rice spilled out. What if the rice bag was hit the corner of the scooter metal piece or wheel metal cover when they throw the packages like this. Very disappointed about the way of delivering packages.

Glad that Weee is carrying rice from Jeollanam-do!
