Love these fried bean curd triangles. I gave them a quick blanch to take out excess oil and then simmered it with daikon, carrots , konyaku in a kombu dashi. Perfect for a winters lunch. Also great stir fried.

Will not buy this again. Not exactly what I expected. Wanted a fried tofu that absorbs all the flavor of soup. This tofu is so dense, and the oil they used are not good. It almost taste bitter. Will for another product
