This dried seaweed is of big portion and clean without sand. So basically it doesn’t need to soak in water prior cooking to remove the sand. But somehow part of my routine cooking, I still soak it into water prior to cooking. I simply love to have Chinese type of clear soup for lunch. And this dried seaweed works perfectly for the tofu seaweed soup. And my husband who is not a fan of soup also gave his thumbs up for the soup. Love the texture of the seaweed.

A bit hard to use, easy to make a mess but nice quality of seaweed

很脏，里面有脏东西，还有线和干掉的杆子。而且不知道为什么煮了以后咬不动。像塑料一样最后只能倒掉。

加拿大无砂紫菜饼不好，用手去拿里边一粒粒拉都拉不开，不会回购。这包也不敢吃。
