Delicious! Made Vietnamese Fruit Salad with ingredients all purchased from Weee! Jubes Coconut Gels were nice and chewy! Good flavor of you soak and rinse with plain water. Otherwise, too sweet.

I used it to make my mango tapioca. I love the taste of the nata de coco. Very convenient to use since there’s no need to cook it.
