This lemon juice has become a regular in my kitchen. It’s not flashy, but it does exactly what I need it to do. The flavor is clean and close enough to fresh lemon that I rarely bother buying lemons anymore unless I need zest. I use it for all sorts of things: adding a bit of brightness to salad dressings, sauces, or marinades; mixing it with honey and hot water when I’m feeling under the weather; or just giving my water a little extra flavor. It’s also great for baking when a recipe calls for lemon juice and I don’t want to deal with squeezing fruit. The bottle is easy to store and use, and it lasts quite a while in the fridge. No complaints about the quality—it’s consistent and dependable. For the price and convenience, it’s definitely a solid 5 stars.
