The meat is tender. I made cha siu with the Lee Kum Kee cha siu sauce, and very happy with the result. Will buy again!

I'm going to make salt and pepper pork chops today. I received them yesterday evening and put them in the refrigerator to defrost. There are two thick pieces of plum meat and a small piece of plum meat. I cut the thick one into two pieces. For today, marinate with green onion, ginger, pepper and salt.
