Each handcrafted Cast Iron Wok has its unique texture forming from its clay casting mould and pinewood smoking ash. Echo to its beautiful name of "turtle shell texture", a well-maintained wok can last decades and become a symbol of family gathering and prosperity.

HEALTHY COOKING - Wangyuanji Cast Iron Wok is made of high grade pure iron. Season the wok before use! A well-seasoned cast iron wok provides a safe, healthy, non-stick and chemical-free cooking surface for your family.

HEAT RETENSION AND EVEN COOKING - Wangyuanji Cast Iron Wok has exceptional heat retention capability for even cooking. Even heating leads to faster food preparation, lock tastes and juices inside food and avoid loss of nutrient.

MULTIPLE COOK TOP AND VERSATILE COOKING- Wangyuanji Cast Iron Wok can be used on all cook top: gas, electric, induction, oven, broiler, grill and even the camp, a campfire, or the fire pit. Enjoy cooking all types of meals, from roasted vegetables, stir fry, seafood, and more.

USE AND CARE - Cast iron wok is NOT dishwasher and oven safe! Avoid placing hot cast iron into cold water. Wash cast iron wok by hand with warm water, and dry with paper towel. Use with care, cast iron wok can last long time of use.

Seasoning

Step 1: First, clean the newly bought iron pot with warm water, no need to use any cleaning products, and dry it completely after washing

Step 2: Put the iron pot on the stove on medium heat to dry the water, and apply oil after the outer edge of the pot is heated.

Step 3: Turn to low heat, use vegetable oil, wipe every corner of the pot back and forth, so that every part of the pot is evenly covered with grease.

Step 4: Let the pot stand to cool and then repeat the above steps twice, leave it overnight, and it can be used normally the next day!

Maintenance of iron pot:

1. Use warm water for the first cleaning, do not use detergent

2. Use hot pan + cold oil at any time

3 Do not pour cold water after the pot is hot

4. Do not put in the dishwasher

5. When it is not used frequently, please heat it with a small fire and place it with oil, otherwise it is easy to rust

6. Wash it after use, don't put the leftovers in the pot for a long time
