The flavor is pretty good - spicy mala flavor. The texture is kind of more tough and chewy than I expected that it feels more like a soy bean product than mushroom. It's still edible and good to snack on occasionally. I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase, but decided to try it since it was on sale.
