These are cute and small, great to add into soups. I recently made them with a lace skirt and it worked very well. Cooked them in oil, mixed together 1/4 cup neutral oil, 1 cup water, 1.5 TBS rice flour, 1.5 TBS cornstarch and a bit of salt. Poured it around the wontons and got a super crispy, crunchy, delicious skirt. Definitely recommended.

This was good! I like airfrying them or adding them to soups.
