I never had truffle so I don’t know the taste. Right out of the bag, it smelled fishy, not the fishy smell of seafood. The smell went away after it was cooked. It tasted like regular shrimp paste though.

This was Ok, very small portion and not worth the price. The truffle flavor is too overpowering
