made shrimp toast with it! was very yummy

I have not cook with this shrimp paste yet, but without all the hassles of peeling, deveining, and grounding the shrimp it is already seems like a deal to me. I thought the package was going to be larger for the price.

pretty good! some veins can be seen in the raw paste, but not noticeable after fried. the shrimp taste is great! I mixed with scallion, pepper, garlic powder, fish sauce and deep fried in oil.
