I like it because it is sushi-grade shrimp that I buy often~ For the sushi vinegar mixture for 2 servings, use 3 parts vinegar, 2 parts sugar, and 1/2 part salt. Please add it after microwaving for 30 seconds! If you want a nutty flavor, try adding just 1/2 part perilla oil at the end! It doesn't stick to plastic gloves and tastes delicious.
