宮崎牛 日本A5頂級Mizayaki 和牛牛排 BMS 10 (Striploin)
宮崎和牛是日本三大和牛之一。
我們選用的這款宮崎 A5 和牛選自於背脊肋骨中間至尾椎骨末端,是牛肉最嫩的部位肉之一。
日本和牛的等級通常分為A1-A5,A5為最高級。BMS 12 是最高等級,但是家庭食用會偏肥膩。
這款宮崎牛排擁有肉質A5等級, BMS 10+的高評分,肉質無論從色澤、香氣、口感都是頂級,所以被稱為極品牛。
