Sanquan Osmathus Steamed Sponge Cake, Frozen 360 g

Steamed it for 8 mins per the instruction. It’s spongey, slightly chewy and perfectly sweeten but I think it’s lacking a bit of flavour? For some reason I hoping it would taste a bit like bak tong guo. Good value for how many there are but I don’t think I would be craving for this so probably won’t be repurchasing agian.

Just steam it for 10 minutes and enjoy a delightful scented flower sweet. It is soft and chewy, not too sweet, perfect to have it as a snack/dessert. Best, whrn enjoy it with a cup of tea! 🌸😊

So delicious. Will definitely repurchase again. It is not too sweet and super easy to make. I keep it frozen and steam it for 8-10 mins on medium heat. Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack.
