I pan-fried the radish cakes with just a little oil and ended up with a delicious Vietnamese-style savory treat.

I liked it! It has a soft and slightly chewy texture. You can definitely add some more ingredients to elevate its flavor because it is bland on its own. My husband grew up eating radish cakes not me, he said these aren’t bad but definitely not HK style and not as creamy as they should be. I’ll still order them again.

There is no filling at all (no mushroom, Chinese sausage, dried shrimp etc), not very much turnip either - mainly a big block of flour. Did not taste authentic.

Bought multiple time. Love it
