I bought it on sale for $7.05. It's very soft, even though it was pan-fried and baked; it seems frying would give it a crispier crust. The XO sauce flavor isn't strong; pairing it with scallops or XO oyster sauce would probably enhance the umami. The radish cake tastes like home!
