Brilliant fish

This is the first time we brought this whole frozen farmed Pearl Grouper. The size of the fish is perfect, and it has been pre-cleaned inside. Just need a little easy clean before put in the steamer. We had added some sliced thin fingers and Green onions on the top of the fish before put in the steamer. Then boil a little veggies oil and some soy sauce. Taste pretty fresh and delicious! We had repurchased 3 more for the Chineses New Year! Highly recommended this one….
