Grilled abalone in onion sauce. Very yummny! A bag has 6 small ones. Not cheap but it's good though. No fishy smell. You have to detach the shell and the meat, then brush the meat very carefully, cut their dark bag (teeth???) and then, cook as you want. So, after all, they become smaller lol. I cut it into 4, then brush a butter in the shell, put it back, add onion sauce and bake it in the oven for a couple of minutes. Yummmm!
