But once I placed it on the pan (tip: cook it on low heat or it’ll burn quickly like mine almost did), the magic started. As it cooked, it began to puff up, turn golden brown, and develop a light crisp on both sides. After a few careful flips, it transformed into a savory, crunchy, and sweet-filled pancake that was so satisfying. Don’t underestimate it—just be patient and keep that heat low!

This is my first time ordering and trying this Matcha Ice cream sandwich. It tastes good but not as the matcha is supposed to be. Still tastes good.
