First time to buy this. So easy to cooked! As directed and taste is excellent. I made vinegar with salt, pepper, sugar and red onion for dipping sauce. Price is reasonable for 16oz. Will buy again.

The milkfish flakes are perfectly marinated, well-seasoned, and full of rich, savory flavor with just the right hint of tanginess and spice. The texture is spot-on!, tender, flaky fish that blends beautifully with the classic sisig taste, but lighter and healthier than the traditional pork version. It’s tastes like that of Mang Inasal’s!
