This chili powder is so fragrant! As soon as I opened the bag, I was greeted by a rich, roasted chili aroma. The color is a truly authentic bright red. For me, the spiciness is a touch spicy, but not overpowering, not the dry, heartburning kind. It leaves a very soothing feeling in my stomach. It's perfect for making chili oil, barbecue dipping sauce, or cold dishes. It's definitely a staple in the kitchen and I'll definitely be buying it again!
