I always add this to any of my cooking specially Asian. Without it something is missing. The Umami! I even drizzle it on my rice to make my meal even better. (In the photo I added it in my sinigang and Springroll mixture.

Good. Definitely needed to hear these up for them to be softer and not as dry. I did find these too sweet so I needed to drink tea with it.

The noodles are chewy with lots of crab fat, not too strong smelling, adding less water will make it more flavorful and delicious.

The white beans are a bit hard and sweet like candied fruit, so add fresh milk to reduce the sweetness and it will be more delicious.
