I always add this to any of my cooking specially Asian. Without it something is missing. The Umami! I even drizzle it on my rice to make my meal even better. (In the photo I added it in my sinigang and Springroll mixture.

I love green tea and am happy with the brand, it taste nice and smells good.

The noodles are chewy with lots of crab fat, not too strong smelling, adding less water will make it more flavorful and delicious.

The taste is not special except salty. There is a distinct smell of glue when cooking, and it is dry in the mouth, unlike wide noodles.
