If you drink water, it gets soggy faster than you think. I bought it to put in takoyaki, but it wasn't very good.

I love this rice so much. It it from the area where I grew up in Japan. Makes me feel like I’m back home because of that. The rice cooks very nicely and it is very high in quality.
