This is a product that I order and eat often.. I buy it boldly even when it's not on sale. ㅎㅎㅎ~ It's rich and delicious, so I mash 1/4 block of tofu and boil it with thinly sliced kimchi and green onions It's delicious~ (Since the tofu increases in quantity when mashed, I think you can use only 1/4 block. If you press it with the wide part of the blade, it will mash properly while keeping the texture. I put it in two with the Staub Baby Wok and ate each one And I still had about one serving left in the large pot Try it~ It's so delicious!!!
