Used as topping in congee. Sweet flavor. Not my favorite but would pair well with other dishes. Kids also loved this flavor. Easy to cook and delicious

A ok! I like this purple yam. I still blend it with evaporated milk before I mix it with the rest of the ingredients to make ube halaya. No gritty feel when I eat it.
