The chicken feet were cut into bite-sized pieces, not too strong of chicken flavor. The seasoning didn't suit my taste so I added fish sauce and lemon. Lemon peel makes chicken feet taste bitter. I like the taste of lemongrass chicken feet or spicy Thai sauce more than this taste.

This is my first time ordering and trying this brand and kind of cured pork. I cooked them for breakfast, it tastes really good. It's almost similar to a breakfast sausage. It is perfectly seasoned, i didn't have to add salt but i added a ground pepper. We add pepper to all our food. Definitely will reorder.
