This konjac pasta doesn't have the fishy smell of regular konjac, and the texture isn't very springy, but I like it better.

I like to defrost it a bit, separate the cakes a bit so they don't stick together, then steam them, make your own scallion oil and fish sauce to eat with it. The cake crust is chewy, the fish sauce is a bit bland. Convenient, delicious, my kids and adults love it.
