The noodles are incredibly chewy and delicious. Soak them in hot water, then add shredded cucumber and various seasonings. I absolutely must add my own homemade sesame paste – it's so satisfying!

Personally, I think the sesame sauce flavor is the best. It's not spicy. It's rich and creamy.
