The quality is pretty good and the portion is generous. I haven’t eaten enoki mushrooms for a long time. I put a pack of them when cooking hot pot, and it goes well with them!

I tried both the Magnolia and Aji siomai. Both tastes good. The Magnolia is more meaty and tastes like Filipino siomai. The Aji JUMBO siomai tastes more like Chinese siomai that has umami flavor. I like it both. The size is just the same but Aji has more pieces than the Magnolia.

Vietnamese beef stew in tomato sauce, bò kho, is made with oxtail, beef ribs, and carrots. It's a great choice, and the meat is delicious. Adding basil, mint, and cilantro makes it even more fragrant.
