You can eat lots of vegetables and it's perfect for cold days. I often make it again and again because it's popular with men who want something hearty, when I add meat or noodles at the end or make it into rice porridge.

Even though I soaked it in cold water, it tore more easily than I thought and was difficult to roll. Still, I got full quickly when I put vegetables and shrimp inside and ate it.
