Its mixture of coriander and cumin, I thought only cumin. It doesn’t have strong flavour or smell because it’s a mixture. If you are a visitor to US this is enough.

I like lightly roasting them in oil for tadka because it brings out that warm, earthy flavor even more. The seeds look clean, fresh, and not overly dry, which makes a big difference in taste. It’s definitely worth the price because the quality is great and the 7oz pack lasts a long time, especially if you cook regularly. A little goes a long way, so it’s a really good pantry staple to keep on hand.
