This whole-wheat noodle is very healthy and has a brany flavor. It's not very white and a bit coarse, but very chewy. I used it mixed with white flour to make dumplings, and they were pretty good. I won't do that again. I also made steamed buns with red dates, which were also delicious. I also made fried dough sticks and pancakes. After cooling, I put them in a bag and reheated them in the pan in the morning until they softened. I added eggs and meat and rolled them up, which was delicious. Remember to keep the dough slightly soft. If you have time, make a large batch and store it. It's great for stir-fries or vegetable rolls.
