I usually buy q different brand of Indian snacks, but thought I would try this one. It reminded me of a small aloo paratha. Only issue is that the directions say to deep fry. We don't deep fry so I cooked it on a pan without oil. It still tasted good, but I'm sure it taste better if deep fried.

Haldiram Paneer Aloo Tikki is delicious. It is made with Indian cottage cheese known as Paneer and boiled and mashed Potato adding Indian spices. The first picture is what I received from sayweee.The 2nd picture was taken after I roasted on a heated grill.It is now ready to eat with sweet and sour chutney made with Dates and Tamarind and green chutney made with Mint leaves.
