    I love this ramen! It is so easy to change up to make it healthier or more filling. It has a slight spice to it that holds up under the addition of two eggs to the broth. Broccoli and edamame are easy to cook in the broth via microwave, though I have done this with bell peppers and asparagus as well. Eggs can easily be added during cool down to cook, or if you want it poached in the broth during the cooking process. Thinly sliced beef also goes well, as does a soy roasted vegan ground 'beef' (if you want less fat).
