I’ve purchased beets in the bunch many times. I use the beets for smoothies, and sauté the beet leaves. I especially love the greens. This time I was a little disappointed; there was not very much good leaves….but the beets were lovely. I peeled, chopped and froze the beets, and sauteed the bit of green that could be used; it was yummy. A definite repurchase. Hopefully, more beet greens next time.
