The flavor is perfect! If you're craving bun rieu (Vietnamese crab noodle soup), this will satisfy your craving! The instructions say to use 350ml of broth, but I think you should use around 290ml :)) or add more noodles and it'll be fine.

I was not expecting this fish sauce to be sweet. I can't use this for cooking pinakbet or dinengdeng. There are pineapple bits making it sweet. Good for dipping.
This dipping sauce is quick and easy to make for shrimp and pork belly spring rolls. Even though it's bottled, it retains its delicious flavor; just add sugar and lemon to taste.

Just tried yesterday , I added little bit crushed garlic and hot pepper, dipped with bitter boiled bitter melon. Taste is perfect to me, doesn't smell as strong as other, so won't disgust Americans while you eat it. Thumbs up. Will buy again.

Rich fish sauce. Personally, I think it will be salty if used directly. Add lemon, pineapple and sugar for better taste.
