It looks good, and my family loves it.
After the Dragon Boat Festival, I still craved zongzi, so I bought some and made my own. The zongzi leaves softened after soaking in water, but I felt they weren't easy to shape. It might also be because when wrapping the red bean paste zongzi, the bean paste tends to deform along with the leaves. Later, I tried a few unsoaked zongzi leaves, and they worked fine and held their shape more easily.
Homemade zong ji
I used half a bag to wrap 35 dumplings. The latter is cooked. The latter is cooked in a high-speed cooker for 15 minutes. So I often store the leaves and can wrap them anytime. This time, my son came back from Canada and found his favorite food. Thank you weee
