My method is to microwave the noodles briefly, then mix in the broth, add some mung bean sprouts, and cook it as a side dish. I don't eat much chili, so I added a little chili oil. I also added a little MSG for extra flavor. Eating it while it's hot, it's very chewy and quite delicious. I lived in Qishan County, Shaanxi Province for 19 years; it's a wonderful place, the hometown of cold noodles. Their minced meat noodles are also excellent. I'm very satisfied with this purchase; I never expected to find cold noodles from my hometown so far away.

The shelf life is quite long, from June 2025 to July 2026, a whole year. After receiving it, I saw that it was similar to what I eat in China, also produced in Baoji. It contained two packets of seasoning liquid and one packet of chili oil, and it's already been steamed.
