Packet is convenient to make and lasts long enough in fridge for convenient meal. Can be bland if you put too much water at first so follow directions because the tofu will release liquid as it cooks. Can be bland if you don’t add anything else to it. Says extra hot but it’s not even that hot to me.
The tofu is so tender and smooth. The soup is restaurant quality. It's so convenient. Add the greens and meat, and it's a restaurant quality tofu pot.
