This is the first time I've ordered Wagyu Beef cube cut from Weee. I'm planning to make Taiwanese braised beef noodles.
I bought it when it was on sale, but I don't know how it differs from Japanese Wagyu beef.

I bought this braised beef brisket with radish and pork belly. It was already pre-cut, which was convenient, but there was a lot of tendon and membrane. After removing the tendons and membranes, there would probably only be a little over a pound of beef brisket left.
The packaging seems a bit different from what I bought before.
