I added the base powder, brought it to a rolling boil, cooked the beef and bean sprouts, and set them aside. Then I added the noodles and soup mix, boiled it, and topped it with the bean sprouts and cilantro. It was delicious! It's also tasty if you squeeze in some lime or lemon juice or drizzle with Sriracha sauce.
