I didn't see any beef brisket; it was basically just a big chunk of fat and grease, inedible. Please have the inspector check it before selling it. If it's cheap, I won't show it; I'll just throw it away.

The beef brisket was a bit fattier than I would've liked. I used it in kimchi stew. It came out a bit tough. It was better cooked with snow peas. It was more tender. It was a good sale purchase. I'm glad that I tried it but I will probably not buy it again.
