Tropics is the best pancit bihon. We always order this. We love it and always cook it, for us and for relatives and friends who visit. It's not mushy. Texture is good. You just add sautéed pork or chicken and veggies. Great meal!

The Japanese label says "harusame" (bean noodles), but the ingredients are 90% rice and 10% water, so there's no way it's harusame. Wee!'s Japanese labeling is so terrible that they either don't bother catering to Japanese customers, or everything except Chinese is machine translated by Google. There are many types of noodles made only from rice and water, but these are much thinner than the rice vermicelli sold in Japan, which is why I chose this product.
Love this brand, and it's really hard to find in area I live in. But I found it here, will buy some more.
I have to soak the noodles first before cooked with onions and vegetables.
