It didn't taste like fire! The potatoes in it feel particularly salty. After adding onions and pork and frying them, pouring the sauce over them and heating them together added to the chewy taste.

The black bean sauce is a little watery, like the other reviews mentioned, but it tasted very good. The pork pieces are a little fatty, which I didn't really like. The whole package can be used as 3 portions.
