This was my first time buying ribbonfish on Weee. It was a bit thin, and since I'm not a very good cook, it didn't taste very good. The quality was alright, I guess. I might buy it once to try, but I probably won't buy such thin ribbonfish again.

This ribbonfish is finally in stock! I bought two bags at once!
The ribbonfish was great; the flesh was very firm. I made sweet and sour ribbonfish, and the kids loved it.

This was my first purchase, intended for pan-frying, but it consisted mostly of fish tail pieces with very little meat. I won't buy it again.

The 300-gram portion is a bit small. It doesn't have a fish belly section but does have a fish head.
I made braised hairtail. I boiled it for 20 minutes and it was perfectly cooked. The meat wasn't thick, but it was enough to taste the hairtail. There were four pieces, but since it wasn't a lot for two servings, I also added some seafood mix.
The ribbonfish was good; although not very big, it was quite fresh.
It doesn't seem to be very thick. I haven't tried it yet.
It's very good quality. I sprinkled some salt on it and baked it in the oven. It was so delicious.
I ordered it because it said it was from Jeju, but the hairtail isn't that big ㅠㅡㅠ
