Very salty, very sweet. Lemongrass has a lighter flavor, while ginger has a very strong flavor and is not spicy. Although I bought it to try when it was on sale, for the price, The quantity and quality are not up to standard. It has an earthy smell but not too much. It's okay to try it once and you probably won't buy it again.

in my opinion 10/7 I re-seasoned to taste and added more spicy chili, but the fishy smell is still there.! It's okay.! if you don't have time to cook, this is what you need, quickest and easiest, doesn't take much time to cook.!
